Small cute place. Got seated quickly. Not that busy on a weekday. Went on a Monday to be exact. Went here with my cousins, 4 of us total. Once we got seated, we immediately start firing off orders. I got the A1 Original shrimp ramen with ramen noodles. I plan on going back and try the other noodles one day. The soup base was rich but not over powering. The texture and consistency of the both also was a plus. In the end I had an empty bowl. Great experience. Will be coming back, I recommend this to friends and family.

The broth is amazing, deep favor. Crispy chicken is really crunchy on the outside with tender meat inside. So yummy!

Shrimp ramen here reminds me Ebisoba Ichigen, a popular japanese shrimp ramen chain. I can't say this is as good as it, but almost. Tossed noodles were not as good. Given it's in Costa Mesa, not in Tokyo, I would say its shrimp ramen is exceptionally tasty.

Best noodle bowl I've ever eaten! Highly recommend! There was a line to wait but it moved quickly. You use the app to order and the food is served very quickly. My only down score about the atmosphere is that it's a small restaurant but other than that it's great food and great service!

It's good for a quick lunch / dinner especially on a cool day. Their signature is really good if you are a shrimp person. You can also get the dry noodles instead without shrimp if you do not like the overly shrimp flavors. The shrimp broth is flavorable enough by itself - even a vegan meal with shrimp broth is good. Service is more courteous than expected after two times visiting here.

My son and I had a wonderful experience at this shrimp ramen spot next to Bloomingdale’s inside South Coast Plaza. The broth is very shrimp-based, which we loved. I chose the thin ramen with delicate noodles and shrimp dumplings, and it was absolutely delicious. My son opted for the shrimp ball ramen, and he couldn’t stop raving about it either. The service was friendly and attentive, which made our meal even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back here again!

My favorite noodle shop in Orange County right now. Have been here three times already (good for takeout too). The trio broth is amazing and the flavor is very innovative and specialized. The dry noodles (wonton, prawn paste) and sides are very tasty as well. Staff is great and the restaurant is beautifully designed. Park by Bloomingdale's - Le Shrimp Ramen is on the lower level, right under their sister restaurant, Paradise Dynasty. Will definitely be back.

The highlight was the shrimp broth (5/5) The flavor was so rich and delicious that I drank every last drop. While the wontons were not particularly special, the outstanding shrimp broth more than made up for it. The wontons were like a 3.8/5 The staff was incredibly friendly, and there was hardly any wait for seating, which was a pleasant surprise. I just felt like I sat super close to the table next to me that our conversations were mixing. Overall, a great experience thanks to the excellent service and that amazing broth.

Welcome to Collage, a one-of-a-kind elevated dining collective at South Coast Plaza, conveniently located next to Bloomingdale's. This unique venue offers a place to play, pair, and piece together the most perfect dining experience. I recently visited and tried Le Shrimp Ramen Noodle, and it was absolutely delicious! They offer the option to choose shrimp with or without the head, which is a nice touch. The thin noodles were perfectly cooked, and the soup base was incredibly flavorful. It's a must-try for anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a sophisticated setting. So good! Service was very good too! If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a truly exceptional dining experience. Park in front of Bloomingdales. Free parking!
